Downtown Orlando, Florida is the nucleus of the city and home to its central business district. Downtown boasts shops and boutiques, hotels, offices, commercial space, restaurants, and residences. Lake Cherokee Historic District has 16 blocks of homes from the late 1800s and early 1900s along with two schools. Victorian-era houses and 1920s Craftsman-style bungalows are among the homes to be found in the neighborhood.
The Central Business District is the business and cultural hub of the downtown neighborhoods. It houses parks, museums, art galleries, theaters, and entertainment venues. Homes for sale in this district are almost exclusively condominiums.
